2 x Buzzard at 1530mm
Posted By: ToXiQ, 02-15-2007, 04:22 PM

It was perfect weather today so I leaved work to shoot some birds .

I used the 1.7x AF converter so 600 x 1.7 x 1.5 = 1530mm, ISO 100, 1/125 sec

And this is a 50% crop. The european buzzard was far away and I am impressed with this combo!

To get the bird from such a distance with great detail. You've got a TON of patience. I enjoy your pictures!

That is a great shot. Teleconverters are always difficult to shoot with. Very sharp and great job adjusting the f stop.
