Visit in Nepalese house
Posted By: jochenmaas, 12-19-2016, 04:40 PM

Here a shot when we were invited in a Nepalese family house to have a cup of tea. I like the light effects very much.

Beautiful shot! Not only is the lighting interesting the building is very interesting too (at least for me). Very simplistic and rustic and I love the butterfly tenons holding the door together.

Very nice interplay of light and shadow whilst retaining detail. The atmosphere of the situation is well conveyed.

Amazing how some folks manage to smile while living in conditions such as these. Great wisdom in your work, my friend and thanks so much for sharing.

Fascinating photo - including the little things, such as the device the child is holding.

coincidence is that i'm listening to nepalese traditional music all day

light rays work perfect here and the child inbetween them looks great. the eastern simplicity and style is always looking nice in good photographies, and this is the case!
