Best of 2016: bye bye 2016
Posted By: sergysergy, 12-31-2016, 09:11 AM

one of my favorite pics of 2016; a year that has not been particularly good for me. Going out and taking pictures like this one in my free time has been one of the few positive things.

The rings in the pool elevate this from being a standard waterfall shot to an amazing waterfall shot. Good job

That's so beautiful, the rings a transforming the shot almost into a painting. Where has the picture been taken?

Stunning shot. I see it's taken with a Sigma 10-20 at 16mm, 30 sec, f8, 100 ISO. Did you use a ND filter? If so, what sort?

thank you
yes, I think I stacked a polarizing filter, a ND 0.6 and a ND 0.9. Tiffen brand.

Thanks, I've learned something! I wouldn't be game to stack filters, but now I see it can work (with high quality ones anyway).
