Our little town is promoting a first-ever RUGGERFEST this weekend showcasing rugby and - what else - beer. Naturally, being a beer lover myself, I thought I'd stop by have a cup or two and shoot some rugby (which I had never done before). Well the plan was nearly without incident...sun was out, players were playing, and the beer was DELICIOUSLY cold. However, my camera was anything but and in its "overheated" state, the AF decided to scroll out and back without locking on anything. Needless to say I was pissed, but what can you do? Shoot manual focus, of course. A few samples:
For the record, I did try the AF about an hour ago and it seems to be back to normal, but still, I am concerned. Anyone else have this happen?
