There's often a melancholy feel to an off-season recreation area devoid of people.

Very nice moody pictures. but

Winter? That's not winter...
I'll show you winter....

And I would have gone with this.....

Or maybe go psychedelic....

Eddie Cochrane? How old are you guys?

Thanks for the nice words and yeah - I do know winter; I just don't have to experience it any more. By the way, I like that B&W pic.

I won't mention my age, but I can say Methuselah is my younger brother.

These images have a very " eerie " feel to them Jer. They would not be out of place in a sci-fi movie about apocalypse !!! Very well captured mate.

I don't believe I'm even as old as you...

Think the original Eddie version is still the best.

Maybe not physically..

Should would commission a poll to see what the masses think.

I mean come on, Blue Cheer (Big Noise, as they were affectionately known) .. first heavy metal song to make the top 15. It would get many votes I'm sure, just for it's historical importance.

And how can you not vote for Roger Daltry swinging that mic?

It's great you see them that way - I was going for a "Steven King" feel. Thanks much, my friend, for the kind words!
