Hi,
Took a walk up Blencathra today which maybe wasnt a wise move as the cloud was very low and lingering. It was the 1st time I have done this particular walk and kept losing the path near the top because of the cloud...

had to scramble this part as the path just dissappears


pano of the mountain. I walked up the extreme right ridge, round the back of the mound in the middle and back down the left side..

Beautiful atmosphere, superb colour, real sense of immediacy and being right inside the pictures. I can feel the chill and clammy damp around the body. And do I hear the faint howl of a hound in the distance....?

The sound of a hound? lol, the thought also crossed my mind when I was walking through the cloud, there is definately something surreal and spooky about walking into the unknown!
