Nature 1.4TC with DA560 on K1

1.4TC with DA560 on K1 · 12:45 PM

I've been renting the 1.4 TC for a week and tried it out on the K3 and now wanted to see it on the K1. These photos have only been converted to jpeg from raw in Lightroom. Lots of vignetting and chromatic aberration, both easy to fix with post processing. I didn't have the best of weather to really get a good feel for what the combo could do, no sun at all.

The juvenile eagle in flight gives a good example of the vignetting and the mature eagle in the tree you can see lots of purple along the branches.

Isn't there an APS-C mode on the K1 when used with an APS-C lens? As far as I know, the 1.4TC isn't full frame. These shots would be fine cropped down to the APS-C FOV.
