It has been a while since I posted some photo's over here. Work has been more time consuming. But I have been given more opportunities to shoot the most beautiful places in my province. But that's video and personally I prefer shooting stills. So I have a small photographic journey for you along the coast of the province of Fryslân/Friesland in the Netherlands.

I have been to the north of Groningen a few times. My wife wants to visit Zeeland somewhere this spring. I'll see if I can get her to change to Friesland and perhaps Ameland or Terschelling...

I read you like to visit Norway. I have been there only once, but we are very often in Scotland. Different, but in the same league I would say.

Terschelling is a place I could easily recommend. It is a good size island with lots of different nature reserves. In the breeding season some area's will be less accessible though. You should check that! And Norway... I've been going to that country with my parents and later on almost every year. The last 10-15 years above the Arctic circle with a large backpack with a fly rod and a camera. Congrats for successfully learning at least a few words then! The strange thing is I am quite attracted to that hilly and alpine landscape. Perhaps we should exchange places!
