White Orchid.
Lens: Nikon 35~70mm 1:3.3~4.5 Camera: Nikon D70 Photo Location: Sherwood Forest ISO: 200 Shutter Speed: 1/45s Aperture: F4.5

Actual shutter speed is 1/40s, no flash and used Spot Metering. What appears to be sharpening artifacts on the subject is not from Post Photo Editor 10 because this software does not have a sharpening tool. Looks like I need to get into the presets and tone it down a bit.

Thanks so much for viewing.

a very pretty image with a long SS. I understand this much better than your abstracts.

Very good wit on your part. I see you are from Colorado. I had the pleasure of visiting the Coors Brewery in Golden a very long time ago. Still feeling the after affects of a really bad hangover. I also lived in Boulder for some time. Nice to get up in the morning, pull the drapes back and see The Rocky Mountains. Beautiful State.

Thanks,

Tony

There is no understanding in regards to abstracts. At best, difficult to understand such as in: Abstruse. Abstract Philosophical Problems. They are a lot of fun and interesting for me. I also like geometric patterns with good symmetry. I have more on the way soon.

Thanks again,

TT
