It's springtime already!

Yes, it's spring time already. Here comes the proof.

I made mistake by leaving ISO setting @1600. It's aging problem again, I know.

Lucky you to have a real springtime over there!
(We sure need some better weather here).

Superb scenery and I wouldn't worry much about ISO 1600 on the K5 ... I still have mine and I regularly hit the ISO 1600 + No Problem !

Yes, it does. Isn't it almost fall in Australia?

Thanks for your kind word.

It's mustard at low elevation, but I'm not sure if it is at higher elevation.

It might be still covered by white snow in your place right now, but spring is not too far away though.

I usually set iso @1600 for night sky, but K5 @1600 turned out with not too bad results in daytime. Thanks for your encouraging.

Thanks, Susan.

May be because a blanket of purple mixed in to make the 2nd one a little bit special.

Lovely shots! Hope you don't mind... sharing my recent photo that is similar - just south of San Francisco, same camera (K-5) and lens (DA 18-135).

Not here it's not, just started snowing again.

Like the vivid colours of the third image.

You are more than welcome to share your pictures in my post, and I deem it my pleasure.

People said K-3+DA18-135 is the best combination, but I tried K-5 first. I'll try K-3+DA18-135 next time.

Happy photographing!

I can hear its steps, it's not too far away.

And thanks for your kind words.

I went back to that place, Carrizo Plain, yesterday, again.

In the 1st picture, it's goldfields. The yellow one on the hills is daisy.

Thanks for sharing this! Your ISO might be off, but that does not in any way take away from the impressive sights you present here.
