another fine sculpture, I'm not sure what it is but I like it.

A very well crafted thing. Good lighting really makes it stand out.

I should have read the plaque saying what it was but it was a bit too dark to read.

Yes and looking at the shape it came from a Russian Minaret and was added to a Sputnik.

Same here. It crosses my eyes a bit - which is what these kind of things are supposed to do.
