You a a very nice collection of contrasts here: complimentary colors, sharp tower vs. blurred water, birds vs. iron ... well done!
Nice balance of the empty right hand side by your signature.

If anything to think of in terms of improvements, there seems to be a tiny bit of distortion (pincushion) left, or the lower part of the tower, below the horizon, is simply not straight. It'd 'correct' it in either case. For the small screen resolution, I'd maybe like an even longer exposure to make the water motion blur more obvious - just to increase the sharpness contrast to the tower a little bit. May totally be fine as is for a print or HD screen picture though.
