thanks! I know this could be not the most original shot but whenever I see this kind of sunsets over my mountains I just cannot keep from shooting

That is a fabulous shot. I love how the mountains grace the very bottom of the image and the spectacular light and clouds just seem to go up and up.

very nice - is this view coming shortly after a rainstorm? generally that's when I see the best light at sunset is after a storm.

Actually no, it wasn't raining at all.. but the sky was covered by cloud, and when I saw that light passing thru the cloud I just had to take the camera and shot
