Sprig-bush-whacking
Lens: DA*60-250 FA 50 macro Camera: K-1-K-3 Photo Location: Whitney, Ontario, Canada ISO: 100 Aperture: F11

K-1 and either DA* 60-250 (first) and FA 50 macro afterwards.

For years I've wanted a picture of the old rail bridge from a rock that sticks out into Rapid Bay.

This picture... (note to self, go again in the fall.)

With no trail and there still being a foot of snow some places in the bush the bushwhack in was the most exciting part of the trip. Lots of things to see, and even some ball playing on the big rock.

Me and my buds. (DA*200 on K-5, Tess' "single lens" of the day.)

Thanks for looking.

In 1000 years, when they excavate this area and wonder what god was worshipped at this mini-Stonehenge, the tennis ball will be problematic.

There are at least 100 tennis balls lost in the woods around our house. But I have no idea what the half life of a tennis ball is.

As an old railfan, this photo would have been enough

But thank you for taking us on the entire trip
