Nearly Spring
Posted By: Kerrowdown, 04-22-2017, 07:16 AM

Just about warm enough in the Highlands, to be out and about with my “Sweetheart” (Pentax-A* 85mm F1.4) and even to sit outside without becoming frozen to the seat.

One of the real, ah, downsides to the whole kilt scene, I suppose....

At any rate, the "3-D effect" is just hypnotic here--looks like a bluidy diorama.

You could well be surprised on that score...

I'm hoping that's a good thing.

Ha, definitely... BTW, I haven't seen many shots from "Lady Luck" for a while--do you only break her out for special occasions, or is she only for the paying customers?

Spending some time getting reacquainted with all my "Ladies" again, now that they're all doing what they are supposed to with FF K1s.

Like today for example, "Street Lady" (Pentax-A 28mm F2.8), "Special Lady” (Pentax-A 50mm F1.2) and “Sweetheart” (Pentax-A* 85mm F1.4), all in one morning session... that's enough for any man.

Those are some sweet ladies
I do like the rendering from the Sweetheart. Nice spring time shot.

They can prove to be a handful at times... when they get together with the others in the harem.

That bridge looks like one in Inverness but I'm not sure about the park.

Aye it’s Inverness along by the cathedral looking away from the centre.
