Well done! Some of those herons and other wading birds are notoriously shy.

Our yellow warblers are back, I wonder if they'll nest in the neighbor's tree again.

This one was way out there. And a bunch of people have been there to see him over the last few days...

I went back this evening. Some more long range stuff. It didn't help that I spent most of the evening in M mode ISO100...

FOY Common Gallinule. At least it was identifiable...

FOY Eastern Phoebe

Wood Duck Drake

Spotted the LBH again at 6:48. He fed until 7:03 then flew off out of the wetland

Saw a couple of guys on ATVs too even though the trail is for non-motorized vehicles only other than snow mobiles and government vehicles

But they didn't mind illegally riding on the road either...
