Well I let my girlfriend, Shawna use my K100D, along with the kit lens today, and I hate to say it but she blew my work away

Taking this photograph.

What makes it even more amazing is it's her first time with a SLR camera.

I'm stepping aside now

Just kidding about the stepping aside bit, but the rest is serious

Oh, I didn't even really help her, although I taught her about aperture yesterday.... I never told her what it was called, but I taught her the basics

I can't wait to put a Pentax strap around my girlfriend's neck as well.

That would be nice, but she has to return home today. And I have a wedding to photograph her next weekend up
