Thanks Jer. I always thought the Thunderbirds were the better of the two aerial teams but I'm not so sure after seeing this show.

You can see from the apparent difference in length of the jets that they are quite a distance apart and that the image and your mind shrinks that to almost nothing. If riding as a passenger, that would be a two barf bag pass.

The best of the best: Blue Angels, Pentax, and the photographer.

Great flying by the Blue Angels (as always), great work by the photographer (also as always)! It must have been a thrill when you first saw what you had.

Thanks Geaser, I managed to capture the entire sequence from start to finish so I was really surprised.
