Thundering Thursday
Lens: Pentax 24mm 1:2 IF Camera: K-1 Photo Location: Boardman, OR ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: Above 6s Aperture: F22

10 stop ND filter used.

It looks like someone is going to lose a trailer, but no tornado came to fruition. But we got a great early evening light show.

An excellent image David. You have captured the " mood " of this shot very well IMO.

While I was shooting this my wife took her phone and shot a thunderhead behind me that had me in the frame. In comparison I was very tiny; almost ant like.

Thank you.

This is one of my favorites.... I just picked up a lightning trigger, but the storms have been going around us as they usually do... I can see them building then they split and go to the South in the Blue Mountains (eastern Oregon) or north to the Horse Heaven Hills (SE Washington).
