He rips through wood (and flesh) like it's nothing. When he was 2-3 years old (12yrs now) I was testing out a new P&S with a retractable lens, he grab on to the front lens ripped off the lens cover part and torqued it in a way it wouldn't retract back into the body again Fortunately, he's only destroyed one lens hood.
He's actually a very lovable bird, very intelligent and has quite a large vocabulary.

But you must respect the beak !!
