What a cool shoot Chris

I don't think that she got a single drop on the wall though

Chris, I know we had a 'discussion' over your last model shoot, but this set is awesome. I really can't pick out a favourite but #5 #7 #8 and #10 are standouts.
Whose idea was the paint? The colour works really well with her white vest and skin.

Is all good I've had the paint idea for a long time and it was finding the right model that was the issue. The colour we picked out at ACE right before the shoot so I could see the outfit and her skin tones.

Thank you and it was... I even ruined my favorite pair of work pants. Oh well, off to the mall I go to replace them!

Her "outfit." Hmmm. Not much there to actually qualify as an "outfit" I think. Lol.

Cool concept and really nice work. I like 2 and 9 the best. 2 probably because she's almost smiling and you can see it in her eyes as well. The facial expression adds some nice variety to the series.

Nice.

great series! How the heck did she clean all that off. Specifically on her face? #6 was freeking me out. I thought she was missing a leg and took three looks to realize she was standing. I just had the first cup of coffee, so that could have something to do with it. Again great series, amazing comp and lighting.

Experimenting looks to be a smash hit

I like the effect of the purple paint just hanging on the eyelids gives a sense of defying the odds

cheers

Chris,

As always, great stuff.

I especially like the mischief in her eyes in shot #2. You can almost hear her saying "This going to be fun!"

This had to have been a fun shoot (for both of you!). Well-executed, great compositions, great lighting. I love the progression as she starts out clean as a whistle, starts to get more daring and ends up basically covered from head to toe.

And, you've found a perfect location for the concept.

Can't say I care for the softened post-processing on the last image. It flattens it out too much... the originals just pop off the monitor with such crisp vibrancy.

What more can I add than a great series. I'd agree with everything Hamidlmt said above. Very good work Chris.

So you've been doing these shoots. Are they paid work or for your own portfolio? How's the photography business going?

I love #2. The mischievous look and she's not quite covered in purple yet. BTW, I hope that was water based paint...

I don't know if it is because I'm getting old or because I'm the father of a daughter, but I was enjoying the photos up until I saw the paint that close to her eyeball. Then fatherly concern broke the mood and all I could think about was wondering what they planned to do if the paint got into her eye.
