Shot over 400 photos today with the bigma... Got to see a good airshow...

A SEAT (Single Engine Air Tanker) dropping...

A "Scooper" air tanker on approach to the fire...

A drop...

If you find this thread in a while and the pictures don't load, it's because I haven't processed these shots at all, and I will do so when I have time and update the gallery, but the links will break when I delete the unprocessed ones...

Hmmm, I suspect you are right there. Enough fire jibber-jabber.

Back to image jibber-jabber:

The blue gel really contrasts well with the smoke, and does make for some startling images. Of all those posted, the two Scoopers, and the blue gel drops would be my favorites.

THe jbber-jabber is good I like it and the shots are great. An Excellent series , and story.

Thanks Kris, it IMHO all airplane firefighters are amazing/nuts. But I'm sure they think the same about helicopter pilots.
