That's one of the places where you must place your trust in the Pentax Weather Sealing Gods... Great shot!

(we were there a couple of yrs ago and the K-50 did great)

Thanks for the comments.

This scene is a good example of "if your photographs aren’t good enough, you’re not close enough" attributed to Robert Capa. My original idea was wide angle shots showing the immense scale of the falls, but a boring sky coupled with heavy backlighting interfered.

Weather sealing is nice but I don't fully trust it; manufacturers advertise WR but won't provide warranty coverage if it fails. I add an extra layer of protection when water is expected. Ruggard RC-P18 Rain Cover for DSLR with Lens up to RC-P18 B&H
