Whom the gods would destroy, they first give Airedales
Lens: Super Takumar 105/2.4 Camera: P 67 Photo Location: Knoxville, Tennessee ISO: 50

A last minute Maisie picture to burn through my first roll of Velvia 50--not the preferred medium for puppies (especially with a CPL) so it's a little soft, but the colors really make me happy.

This is a great example of a photograph that has technical things wrong with it, but is great art in spite of (or because of?) it. Thanks for sharing!

Ha, thanks gents--Maisie really needs a Nikon D5 to do her justice at times, but the "daguerreotype" softness here maybe captures a bit of her sweet personality.

I really like the photograph. They are a classy breed and this shot captures a nice expression. Colors are fantastic.

Ha, thanks! Maisie is mostly a goof (when she's not being a reciprocating saw) but she does break out a soulful expression from time to time.

As for colors, this was my first roll of Velvia 50--definitely magical to see on a light table.

I agree, the colors really define this shot- to the point where the softness doesn't take away from it. Well done!

First and foremost I am a dog lover. This photograph tends to remind me why. Well executed my friend, great job.

Thanks for the comments, gents...if nothing else, the green's make me miss summer (if not the mowing) all the more.
