The Wave

The Wave is so fantastic. Formed by shifting winds during the Jurassic period as huge sand dunes moved across the desert.
The Wave’s unique grain flow is an unofficial wonder of the world.
Due to the fragility of the ridges in the stone, visitors to the area are limited to 20 per day.
Vermilion Cliffs National Monument, Arizona
