That is a really pretty image Tony, well worth savoring. Even if I don't always comment, be assured I enjoy all the flower images that you post.

The title/theme you selected made me see your image in a totally different way. Congratulations on a good capture but even more on a well-selected theme!

Excellent Shot
BTW Referring to the June Taylor Dancers makes me and maybe a few others feel a little dated. I remember watching the June Taylor Dancers as a kid in the 60's being introduced by Jackie Gleason while he smoked a cigarette and sipped "Tea" from a cup and saucer on a B&W and later Color TV. I wonder if it was really "Tea" in that cup
"And Away We Go"

Great photo and caption featuring the June Taylor Dancers. I recall that group very well from '60's TV...the flowers do look remarkably like a dancing troupe. I wish I had taken that photo and used that line. Well done in both cases !

A very big thank you to all who left wonderful comments, thereby generating cherished memories. Here is the sad part, many remember The Honeymooners from the early 1960s, I remember them from the early 1950s. The Honeymooners, starring Jackie Gleason, Art Carney, Joyce Randolph and Audrey Meadows. Thanks again,

Tonytee.

I recall The Honeymooners TV sitcom show..from the 1950's, also. The June Taylor Dancers were on the The Jackie Gleason Show, Jackie's variety show. The man had a talent for entertaining people. He knew what was funny...even way into the 1980's with some of the Burt Reynolds' Bandit movies.

Great shot, Tony - I think pretty backgrounds are important for pretty subjects, like in your photo!

Well sir, I really appreciate your kind words. This was a fun shot, I only wished I had one more stop to open for better bokeh.

A great shot Tony. Beautiful colors and a nostalgic title. Very fun. I've been without a computer for a week and this image was my first stop back on PF.
