I've seen them too! Dozens of them perched on plastic elevated landing pads in yards in my neighbourhood. Yours must have just arrived, there isn't a speck of terrestrial dirt on it, unlike the ones permanently stationed around here.

(Most of the garden lights here have only 4 to 8 solar cells but yours one has 24!)

Thankfully the work on daylight... otherwise if sunlight was required, there would be some dark nights in the Highlands.
