Nice shot, but I hope that's not evidence of an ips beetle infestation--they're native here in the States and do a lot of damage, but I understand they've now been introduced to Oz.

Not sure what made them but they are on the trunk of a Tree I had cut down ages ago. I thought they looked like ancient cave paintings.......
