Very nice. The thing about the popup flash is that it's usually so slow to recharge, otherwise I'd use it a lot more

Excellent. Could you post a photo of your setup. I miss my K10, it produces great images.

Yeah, it's the director/diffuser contraption.

I did go out and try my FG201 in manual 1/4 power and it worked great. Pretty quick to recharge, and just enough power to help freeze motion. The ring flash is better, there's no doubt, but the FG is way smaller and easier to walk around with in the neighborhood. I may make a short snoot for it, since I have some velcro stickies on the flash already.

Recharging for full power or auto takes forever with this flash - it just has two AAA cells, so I can't criticize too much. The 1/4 power manual recharge however was speedy.
