Ancient "Photographs"
Lens: FA 43 Camera: K-1 Photo Location: Houston, TX

As we ambled through the Houston Museum of Natural Sciences last week, it occurred to me that fossilized plants and animals caught in what eventually became stone are rather like photographs, since these things record a moment in time far in the past. Here are some examples we saw.

They are truly a snapshot in time. Very nice images too.

This whole museum series has been fascinating Jer and the photos are so well done.
