On old barn on a farm in the Idaho countryside that had long since gone fallow. I liked the conversion to sepia better than B&W. I thought it brought out the "oldness" of the scene. The owner gave me permission to prowl around at my leisure and I shot an entire series of photos of the area, but considered this one the best of the lot.

Very nice shot- and I agree, the sepia works really well here. The various elements in the scene like the bush, tree, and wheel definitely convey the oldness.

Great capture. Many of these old barns are being torn down or falling down and their numbers are dwindling. The sepia is perfect here.

Thank you. I appreciate the compliment. Barns have always held a special place in my world, every since I was a little kid. Something about the smell of hay, horse poop, leather, dust and pigeon feathers that bring back lots of fond memories.
