I like the mood of this, Janse. I am slowly learning a bit if Norwegian from these names. I figured "dal" was valley - as in German "thal" and English "dale" (an older word for valley"). "vannet" I assumed was lake before I looked at your translation. Google translated it as "water". As long as I only want to find my way to a valley I should get by in Norway. There are enough of them!

Very nice. Wonderful composition. Foliage on either side works to draw my eye into the image.

Thank you PJ1. "Vannet" means the water but can also means the lake.

Both have merits but I think I prefer the B&W. That sky really stands out. Beautiful lake.

Thank you, Janse. The colors seem to bring it to life much more for me. I especially like how the composition takes me far away into the distant mountain tops! Superb!
