The eclipse was awesome! Here's a quick edit from one of my shots.

More to come later!

Very nice shot! The best we got here was about 70 percent coverage.

We got nothing but clouds in northern VA. My wife is in central WA and she said it was awesome. The only photography she does is with her iPhone, and she was told it was best not to shoot with it. I'll catch the next one 28 April, 2024 at the grand old age of 82!

very nice. The difference between 95% and totality is pretty huge. So 2024 will be closer to me. I'm half thinking that to avoid the crowds, I might head down and catch it in Mexico. It looks like it might be heading over some nice country down there.

Great capture. Such a cool experience to be in the path of totality. Got to experience first hand living in southeast Idaho.

Really love the shot. We were lucky with the totality as the skies on this side of town had no cloud cover at all. It was an awesome event.

Thanks everyone. I'm back home now, so I am editing the photos I took during the camp out.

Here's another shot, taken just a second after the first photo I posted here.

Here's an overall shot of the totality. This was taken with my little OMD EM10 and Samyang 7.5mm Fisheye lens (a VERY wide lens).

You can see the 360 degree sunset that surrounded the eclipse.
