Eclipse in Oregon
Lens: m 200mm Camera: 5KIIs Photo Location: Stayton OR

Two minutes to frantically snap in the hopes of getting a keeper. I was very pleasantly surprised to get home and see the solar flares show up so well. I had to tone down the Corona to let the flares show. These are heavily cropped as all I had to use was my old 200mm M lens. The flares are several times the diameter of the earth.

Nothing, just the bare lens. I had a welding helmet glass taped to the lens before totality. But when totality hit it was just like somebody hit the switch and you looked right at it.
