I can really recommend, Charles Macleod (Charley Barley) Stornoway Black Pudding, which has a unique texture and moist deep flavour.
Sounds very tasty,
but I don't think they carry Mr. MacLeod's Black Pudding in these parts, although other Scottish items like Walkers shortbread make their way out here, which we lay in a supply of during the Xmas season.
Odd thing though, my wife earlier this morning, checked out Black Pudding sources out here in the Canadian West and has found several local meat companies that make this lovely dish. Think in the next few weeks we will venture out and pick some up.
