In the backyard

After we returned from our annual Spring trip to Waterton Lakes National Park, I was due to my Hip problems very much limited to what was around the house. So I spent a lot of time in our backyard and will bore you with some of the results:

Great series - what's not to like with a bad hip & lots of flowers/insects in the back yard? Love the lady bug! Hope the hip is feeling better.

Thank you for the kind remark, the jumping spider was actually one of the smallest that I have seen.

Thank you kindly, I had hip replacement surgery on the 15th of August and seem to be coming along just fine.

Stunning stuff, Heinrich. Really impressive.

Looks like your backyard offers a lot of photographic opportunities.

I hope your hip gets better soon.

Well, I am waiting to be bored but it isn't going to happen with this series of images. Super shots. Glad to hear the hip is coming along and hopefully you will be on the road again.

Thank you Jer, the hip is just a matter of time, provided one does ones exercises as prescribed.

Thank you Susan for the kind words. As far as the road goes we sold truck and trailer, at 85 it became too much work. Our son takes their rather large fifth wheel trailer down to Waterton in early Spring for two or three weeks for us, so we are fine. We have booked June 1 to 17 in 2018.

Great series. I love the yellow in the 4th. It really gets my attention. Love the color punch in #7. Splendid colors in all of them, great pop.
