I put a question mark in the title but I think it is a Great Blue Heron.
This guy is in the same spot every time when he is there.
Have not been able to get a good in focus picture until today.

The only way I spot him/her is that nature grows vertically and his/her beak is horizontal and then i see the bright yellow eye.
Many times it will fly off before I get out of the truck or just when I am setting up the tripod.
You have to walk around to the side and back of it to shoot it through the foliage growth.
Some day I will catch it in flight, large bird.
I plan on being out there tomorrow morning early again cause it is suppose to be warm and sunny
I am in an old two tone silver/grey 1988 Dodge Ramcharger.
If you are out and about and see me just flash your lights.
