Had fun watching this guy in our backyard. He would come out of hiding to process his catch, and then take it back to his lair for later consumption.
The first image was taken with my 100mm 2.8 macro with 1.4 tc, and shows the web pretty well. The second was taken with my 60 - 250, also with a 1.4 tc, and shows him working on a meal.
It was a good use of time to try out both lens combinations - each gave some good images.
