I usually photograph nature but this is a Superbird
Spotted this on a tow truck and could not resist the shot.
1970 Plymouth Superbird.
I built a 1970 Roadrunner with a 440 when I was young.
Was never beaten on the street 1/4 mile, fun times

The design worked fairly well on the track, but did not quite catch on for the average person. The horn mimicked the Road Runner cartoon character's sound. 0-60 in 5.5 seconds.

Nice car. Like the mag wheels.

Back then I had a '67 Camaro RS, 327 V8, 4 speed Muncie, Chevy Rallye wheels.

I would need an in car camera in the front end, just to parallel park that Superbird.

I know I'm gonna have to duck the lots of hostile inbounds/flames... but I'm going to say it, it's not a bonnie looking vehicle is it.

One question... was it perhaps designed by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson, for use in a well known puppet show.
