Wide open it's perhaps not so great, but I can see that if I actually use a tripod, it will get me some interesting images.
I'll take it with me to Melbourne and see what I can get with the architecture there.

Close up at 8mm, the lens make the building look like a pyramid - but the lines are still impressively straight. I expected more curvature, so this is great!
