OK, I'll bite, since no one else has.
What is "Pioneer town" and where is it located?

It's a former movie ranch in central southern California.
Pioneertown, California - Wikipedia

There was a Paramount "movie ranch" northwest of Los Angeles with western-themed buildings which is now low-key a tourist attraction, and another in the Alabama Hills near Lone Pine which has big boulders and small weathered arches. George Spahn, famous for housing the Manson Family for awhile, also had a movie ranch, but it burned down in the 70's and only some trails are left.
