BRM Transporter
Camera: 67 ISO: 400

I took this picture with my first roll through my new 67. It had been sometime since I'd taken any film photography so can't remember all the technical details are of the picture.

Thanks Brian

Congrats on the 67! Your time away from film photography doesn't seem to have hindered you at all... Great photo of a very lovely vehicle that I've never seen before. Is it a Leyland??

Welcome to the Forums from Down Under. Nice shot or an unusual vehicle. I notice it is left hand drive. Maybe it was used in Europe? But BRM Racing brings back some boyhood memories of motoring magazines. That magnificent 64valve H-16 that they just couldn't keep running long enough. I couldn't resist googling it. Retirements out-numbered finishes by 3 to 1 with Jim Clark's win in the USA Grand Prix the only one for the history books.

Thanks Chaps

It is indeed a Leyland and to give it it's full name Leyland Royal Tiger Worldmaster! It is a twin decker I believe and travelled to all the major GP's of it's time, mainly in Europe, Spa,Monza etc.
I am lucky to live close to Bourne where BRM developed and built their cars.
This picture was taken at the anniversary of BRM winning the Drivers title with Graham Hill when all the serviceable cars were run through the town centre. And it wasn't a parade!

These colour pictures (not Pentax is that allowed here?) are again in Bourne and are of the famous V16 and the transporter with staff and relations of BRM.

Wonderful images. TFS.

I'll bet that there are many years of experience in that group photo. And lots of stories to be told.

We soon forget to carry a wee notebook for these sort of things.
