This one was taken with my “Gorgeous Lady” (Pentax-A* 200mm F2.8 ED), which is really too long for me... for real "street" work.

Kerrowdown sez......'Contempt....for the old Kerrowdown or perhaps chewing a wasp'.

Chewing on a wasp ? Naah....I don't think so.

I'd go with the first choice. BTW that's the voice (mine) of experience speaking.

A few years ago I was taking a picture of a vintage Chevy truck at an outdoor car show. I always ensure that I leave a margin around the object of my work in the photograph, to allow for creative cropping, if need be.

Later on when I was editing my work, I noticed a lady in this photo of the Chevy....at the side of the truck...giving me the 'stink eye'...as some might say.

For those who don't know what the stink eye is, let's just say that getting this look is not in the recipient's favour.

Contempt eh? well I just stood my ground, mind you... might have run though if she'd got up, quite a fearsome looking woman.

Worryingly I've actually got quite a collection of similar images... I guess it goes with the territory when you do a lot of street photography.

No never, this was a quick grab shot while on assignment elsewhere.
