Shudder. I got a pant leg full of ground dwelling yellow jacket wasps when I was a boy. If it is black and yellow and stripes, lemme outa here!

Doesn't matter to my phobia. Just the black and yellow stripes. Funnily enough the much more painful hornets with black and white stripes don't freak me out.

Thanks, the Wasp is so light it doesn't break the surface tension of the water which creates these odd shadows.

That is a super cool shot. Love how the distortion created larger shadows from where his legs hit the water.
