Safe Harbor

Morro Bay harbor at sunset. I took this one while waiting out the Thomas Fire in Santa Barbara - you can see the effects of the fire in the color of the sunset.

Very nice, Jerry. Makes me wish I still had Cut Time.

I remember driving down to a marina when I visited Santa Barbara and standing on the while marveling at the mountains to the east. I don't know whether this is the same facility I visited - regardless, what a beautiful place to dock a sailboat!

Thanks Jer! From your description it sounds like you're describing Santa Barbara Harbor, about 100 miles south of this spot (you're actually looking north at the mountains in Santa Barbara, as the coast turns east-west just north of LA).

This is a beautiful shot of the Morro Bay Harbor. The lighting and pastel colors are wonderful.
