A window on the past - reminds me of the small stores I knew growing up. Great shot.

Thanks for the kind words. I can remember as a youngster, dragging my "little red wagon" full of bottles, all over town. Some stores didn't take some brands, but I knew where to go. I always had a few coins in my pocket as a kid. We used to get .03 cents for the small bottles, and .05 cents for the big ones. How things have changed.

Indeed. Little did I know when I took this photo, some 45-50 years ago the relevance it would have at this point in my life. Very few kids nowadays would bother bending over to pick up .03 cents!
