Braved the bitter cold today and the K70 performing admirably. I do like my new camera!

Ah ha! Someone else who likes geometric abstracts! Very well seen, pklax. Glad to see you're enjoying your K-70. What lens did you use in your photo?

Thank you, Dewman. My art degree does have its benefits. I'm using the 18-135mm kit lens. I didn't know if I would like such a wide-ranging lens but it is proving to be a fun tool as I learn the ins and outs of the camera.

The DA 18-135mm lens has become one of my most-used lenses. It does well, everything I've asked of it. It also does quite well as a close-focus lens.

Nice shot with lines. Maybe straighten up the top iron plate? The line looks to be falling a bit?
