daughter with her SP1000 and 55/1.8
Posted By: Nesster, 08-30-2008, 02:09 PM

She's serious: it is her camera! She only shoots b&w, this one's with XP2... some nice grain action she got going too. SP1000, Auto-Takumar 55mm 1.8, from a full 40 years before she was born...

That's her, she kept the flash on even while not using it... with my ex camera!!!

Today she took a roll with the Yashica GSN, still likes the Spottie better. Oh and I showed her the joys of Through the Viewfinder shooting with a Kodak Duaflex.

Great shots there, it's good to see that at least some people will know what a camera and film are in years to come.

I should do my math better... the Auto Tak is only 30 years older than she is, and the camera maybe 20... but damnit she's got it and my wife's watching the mail so I can't be getting any packages soon...
