A nice looking cat, but shouldn't s/he be wearing one of those {Russian} hats with ear-covers?

No no no...those hats are made as memorials out of the cat's fur after its passing.

It doesn't matter, a russian sorrow in eyes is enough to determine cat's breed . It looks like an owner does not allow it watch Russia Today channel.

Alas! We do not receive Russia Today...and by the time we could, it is definitely Russia Yesterday. Perhaps I can find good recordings of Mussorgsky and Prokofiev, and see if he will improve his sorrow.
