A few more B&W photos from our trip to Sicily in September. I'd be interested to know which one(s) you like best. Thanks!

Beautiful! Love the night photos. Is the 6th picture down Erice?

Beautiful images. I like #6 a lot, but it's hard to pick my favorite. Why is it that #2 makes me think of the movie, "The Godfather?"

Good guess, but it's Ragusa. We also went to Erice but for the dreaded "day trip" so middle of the day only. Thanks for commenting!

Thanks for commenting! #2 was shot in Scicli. I know that it's a location in an Italian TV show (Il Commissario Montalbano) but don't know if it was used for the Godfather

Many of the Montalbano scenes are shot in Ragusa, but I don't think No. 2 is at that location. Montalbano comes with sub-titles and I think it is one of the better whodunit series, the scenery is spectacular though the Italians seem to have a very casual approach to building maintenance.

Montalbano was filmed in Ragusa, Scicli and Modica, the #2 photo was shot in Scicli. I've only seen a couple of episodes but should revisit it someday.
